Cataphoretic coating plant for GIAD Sudan
In Sudan GIAD company was established manufacturing cars and trucks as well as buses. The cars are manufactured under a licence of Nissan and Hunday companies, the trucks and buses under Renault and Man licencies.
ASO Humpolec Inc. company has carried out a comprehensive delivery of the painting plants for cars and also for truck and bus cabines.
EKOL Ltd. which is a substancial shareholder of ASO Humpolec Inc. was the subsupplier of the car body cataphoretic treatment line and the surface pretreatment equipment in the bus painting shop.
Surface pretreatment line and cataphoretic coating line of car bodies is designed as a tank line with step by step transportation.
Zn phosphating technology is used for the pretreatment. Cataphoretic application of the basic paint follows (18 - 22 mm thickness). Curing of E-coat paint takes place in continuous curing oven at the temperature180 °C for 30 minutes. After the cataphoretic coating the top coat painting operations follow.
Degreasing and Fe phosphating spraying booth as a part of bus painting shop.
DI water station and wastewater treatment station are parts of the delivery.
