Phosphating tank line and wastewater treatment station for Mercedes Benz Turkey
Mercedes Benz TŘrk A.S. company, Istanbul is a manufacturer of city buses and also luxury coaches. DŘrr AIS GmbH company was the supplier of comprehensive delivery of technology for surface treatment.
EKOL Ltd. company was the subsupplier of:
- tank phosphating line for treatment of parts for bus chassis
- wastewater treatment station for treatment of wastewater from E-coat line of bus bodies and tank phosphating line
- DI water stations
Tank phosphating line including all accessories is fully automatic. The technological process together with transportation is controlled by a control system with visualization.
Transportation of parts in basket carriers is made by three cranes and a roll way.
Automatic DI water station with capacity 7 m3/h based on reverse osmosis unit including water
pretreatment line.
Preparation and dosing units for technological process, deionizer unit for production of DI water, control room.
Wastewater treatment station for treatment of wastewater from E-coating of bus bodies and phosphating line is fully automatic with visualization of the process.
