Powder coating plant for Conteg Humpolec
Conteg Humpolec Ltd. is a manufacturer of switchboards and accessories for telecomunication and data distribution networks.
The final surface treatment was carried out in cooperation. Increasing production capacity and calls for higher quality of paintig and delivery flexibility inspired the decision to build own powder coating plant.
In the first stage manual powder application variant was carried out with the intention to complete the process with the automatic spraying booth in the second stage.
The surface pretreatment is carried out in a passing spraying equipment. Fe phosphate conversion coating technology is used, followed by threestage counterflow rinsing.
The powder coating is made in the powder spraying booth supplied by Wagner company equipped with the filter separation. Curing is carried out in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes. The oven is fixed in the structure in 3 m height, the parts inlet and outlet openings are at the floor of oven creating A-close against heat dissipation.
Overhead chain conveyor is used for transportation of parts.
Reverse osmosis unit is used for production of DI water.
