The degreasing box is assembled from sandwich panels with a supporting structure. A manually folded double-leaf door is installed at the entrance for goods. The degreasing box also consists of a sloped floor, a grate channel with an outlet into a collection sump, for the outflow of degreasing + Fe phosphating concentrate and emerging rinse wastewater.
The equipment of the degreasing box also includes lighting of the work area with fluorescent lamps and exhaust ventilation with an exhaust fan, ensuring ventilation of the work area. An integral part is a high-pressure washing device with diesel heating, a storage tank for the possibility of circulation of the operating bath, a wastewater treatment plant, which is used to clean wastewater arising from the process of preparing the surface before discharging it into the sewage system. The wastewater treatment plant consists of a reactor with a conical bottom, an mixer and a membrane pump, filter bags, a storage tank for rinse wastewater and a tank for exhausted concentrates.
