Degreasing workplace
The degreasing workplace consists of a walk-through degreasing box for pre-treatment of the surface of steel parts using high-pressure washing equipment with electric heating. Rolling doors are installed at the entrance and exit. The degreasing box is assembled from sandwich panels with a supporting structure, roller doors are installed at the entrance and exit.
The degreasing box also consists of a sloped floor to the central grate channel, lighting of the work area, exhaust ventilation with a fan and an exhaust pipe, ensuring ventilation of the work area, all electrical installations, high-pressure washing equipment, technology, automatic dosing of chemicals and accessories. Part of the extraction air technology is a water droplet separator for the possibility of returning the extracted air back to the production hall.
Wastewater treatment station
The wastewater treatment station (WWTS) is used to clean the wastewater generated by the surface preparation process before it is discharged into the sewage system. The WWTS consists of a reactor with a conical bottom, a mixer and a membrane pump, a storage tank for rinsing wastewater and a tank for exhausted concentrates.
The WWTS is designed as a manual batch system, i.e. all operations during wastewater treatment are done manually by the operator. The pre-treated wastewater is then discharged into the sewage system, the sludge is pumped into filter bags for drainage. The WWTS is located next to the degreasing box.
