Impregnation line for stator bundles of electric motors, Siemens s.r.o., Mohlenice

On August 1st, 2020 we handed over to company Siemens s.r.o. located in town Mohelnice Impregnation line for stator bundles of electric motors. This line is dipping type line that consist of dipping tank two subsequent drying ovens, cooling tunnel, loading and unloading station. The part of Impregnation line is thermal oxidizing unit that is responsible for treatment of VOC emission. The heat generated in thermal oxidizing unit is used for heating of both drying ovens. The transport of the part sis made by Power and Free conveyor system. The complete Impregnation line is control by PLC control system with function of SCADA/HMI.
