EKOL s.r.o. has successfully completed the delivery of a new immersion process line for surface treatment for ZEVETA MACHINERY a.s.

The new equipment replaces the original line and represents its modern successor. Key improvements include, for example, ultrasonic degreasing, advanced filtration of the phosphating bath, and other modern solutions that enhance process quality and stability.

The line is designed for a wide range of parts and surface treatments for both aluminum and steel components. It includes, among other features, two different degreasing baths, two different pickling baths, a zinc phosphating bath, a passivation bath, and a drying unit.

The equipment enables processing of parts in baskets, on hangers, and in drums, increasing flexibility and application possibilities.

The line is controlled via a touch panel with modern process visualization. The system records all measured data and operator interventions, includes operating‑hour counters for individual motors, and offers remote access capabilities to support easier service and process monitoring.
