We provide delivery of equipment for wastewater treatment by:

• biological treatment

Chemical processes include the use of chemical reactions and ion exchange techniques, physical processes include membrane separation and vacuum evaporation, biological purification includes using bioreactors with membrane separations.

We deliver wastewater treatment stations mainly for treatment of wastewater from electroplating lines, painting shops, lines for surface pretreatment and shops for cleaning.

• wastewater from elctrophoretic lines
• wastewater containing Cr6+
• wastewater containing cyanides
• wastewater containing heavy metal complexes

Depending on the volume of treated waste water, we supply:

• manual operated batch stations (the operator controls everything)
• semi automatic batch stations (the control system controls the technology steps, the operator replenishes dosing units, takes care of the press filter and checks the steps of the control system)
• automatic batch stations (the control system controls the technology steps and equipment, the operator is replenishes dosing units, takes care of the press filter)
• automatic continous flow stations (the control system controls the technology steps and equipment, the operator is replenishes dosing units, takes care of the press filter)
• fully automatic continous flow stations (the control system is complemented by visualization and data collection)

The control system can be equipped with visualization, touch panel and data collection.

We also design atypical solutions for wastewater treatment that are entirely customized for the customer.
