The stop and go chamber spraying machine consists of two separate chambers in which surface pre-treatment for Fe and Al parts is carried out. For Fe parts, the technology of combined acid degreasing and Fe-phosphating is used. For Al parts, the technology of chemical deoxidation of the aluminum surface and subsequent rinse-free passivation is used. Spraying of parts is carried out using appropriate pumps and a movable spraying system. Heating of the technological bathes are provided by electric heating elements. The loading bars with the goods are transported automatically via a chamber spraying machine using a single-track conveyor with an electrically driven shifter.
The chamber spraying machine is followed by a water dry-off oven, where the parts are dried before painting. A water dryer with a chamber machine forms one compact unit and uses a common transport system.
