Our coating line is designed for efficient powder coating, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and environmental responsibility. It combines manual coating with automated surface preparation and an overhead conveyor system, ensuring a smooth and continuous material flow throughout the entire process.
Automated Surface Preparation
Before coating, parts undergo thorough surface treatment in a single-chamber spray machine equipped with three baths for:
- Phosphate treatment
- Rinse
- Passivation
The system also includes a spray unit for demineralized water from a central supply. The entire process—from loading and spraying to drying—is fully automated. After surface preparation, parts are automatically transferred to the drying oven and then moved to a cooling position.
Precise Manual Coating
Once dried, parts are manually moved to the coating booth, where they are picked up by an automatic transfer unit. Coating is performed manually using NORDSON spray guns on both sides of the booth, ensuring comfortable handling and high-quality powder application.
Efficient Curing
Coated parts are collected in front of the curing oven, where they are cured in a gas-fired oven with indirect heating. Both temperature and curing time are automatically controlled. The oven is equipped with pneumatically operated doors. It is possible to cure up to three hangers side by side or a single part up to 1 meter wide.
Complete System Solution
The coating line also includes:
- An automatic station for demineralized water production
- A manual wastewater treatment unit, ensuring safe discharge into the sewage system
