Powder and e-coating line KV Final s.r.o.

The first week in January 2020 we handed over to company KV Finál s.r.o. located in Kuřívody tank E-coat line together with manually operated powder coating line. Tank E-coat line consist of tank pretreatment section with Zn-phosphating technology, E-coat tank with all necessary accessories, passing stop and go curing oven and cooling tunnel. Hot water boiler, DI water station with reverse osmosis unit, continuous wastewater treatment station and back-up electricity generator are also part of E-coat line. Powder coating line is second part of our delivery. Powder coating line consist of powder spray booth for manual application of powder paint, chamber curing oven and manually operated over conveyor system. E-coat line is control by control system. Visualization of E-coat line process is provided via SCADA system. E-coat line is dedicated for E-coating of complete list of product manufactured by KV Final s.r.o.
